Less than three years after my first match of any kind, I had become a Grandmaster level shooter and one of the top Limited division shooters in the United States. In my second full year of USPSA competition (2023, ongoing) I have won six of the 8 USPSA Area Championships, and plan for a seventh.
With next to no live fire practice I reached Grandmaster classification less than 2 years after becoming a USPSA member, and with less than 10,000 total career rounds fired in practice I began winning level III matches and became a top-level shooter in my division.
Now I want to start sharing what I have learned with others. My promise is to give the key components that have worked so well for me in both dry and live fire to make huge strides in very short amounts of time.

Dry fire accounts for 95% of my training, since I believe 80-90% of what’s required in the sport can be trained without firing a shot.

On the outdoor range we’ll isolate the components of practical pistol shooting that require spending ammunition to learn.

With a background in strength/athletic training we will also enhance your physical abilities as they contribute to your abilities in the sport, as well as health and quality of life.
